  • For ExtraFly Passengers

    • You are not allowed to cancel your flight within 1 hour of your departure time.
    • You can cancel your flight between 1 and 12 hours before departure and request a refund with a deduction of TRY 950 and a service fee. However, when cancelling a ticket with more than 12 hours left before departure, your TRY 650 penalty fee and serving fee will be deducted. 

  • For PrimeFly Passengers

    • The airline prohibits flight cancellations within one hour of your scheduled departure. 
    • You can cancel your flight between 1 and 12 hours before departure and request a refund with a deduction of TRY 850 and a service fee. However, when cancelling a ticket with more than 12 hours left before departure, no penalty fee would be deducted, and you only have to pay for the ticketing service fee. 

  • For Business Class Passengers

    • The airline prohibits flight cancellations within one hour of your scheduled departure. 
    • You can cancel your flight between 1 and 12 hours before departure and request a refund with a deduction of TRY 3550 and a service fee. However, when cancelling a ticket with more than 12 hours left before departure, no penalty fee would be deducted, and you only have to pay for the ticketing service fee.
