• Non-refundable however you wish to cancel within 24 hours of the booking made the day before and if the flight is at least 7 days from the time of cancellation, full refund less service charges may be made.

Change name 

• It is also flexible to make it possible to change flight’s passengers’ names on paying additional charges in the form of change fee and institutional fare change fee. Useful in case you can’t travel yet, other people are able to travel at your expense.

Future Travel Voucher

• When they cannot refund the money for a non-refundable ticket; Qatar Airways offers its customers a travel voucher for the next one year. Of course, there is such a thing as the temporal availability of specific date/destination offers and respective flights. But it’s so far better than just offering back the full ticket price.
