• Open the website www.qatarairways.com
• Hit the Contact Us option under the Help section of the website. 
• Choose the Refund & Travel voucher option on the following page.
• Now you are required to enter your Qatar Airways Booking Reference and Last name to open the related Form.
• Fill it in with the details like name, email, phone, etc, and submit it.
• They will process your request, and the refund amount will be credited in the source account within seven business days.
