What happened in PG&E from 1905 to 2022?
Founded in 1905 by the Gold Rush of California, PG&E is well-known as a Corporation of Gas and Electric. Starting with the improvement of steam operation by the electric system, PG&E made a large profit. In 1998, PG&E provided service for 5.54 million households and agencies, large customers of northern California.  
 However, in 2001, the financial hardships of millions of dollars to be responsible for the wildfire in California ( at least 84 people were killed and 18,000 buildings were destroyed, the company must be responsible for compensation $5.7 billions) pushed the  PG&E into bankruptcy. 
The company continually expands into hydroelectric generation and railway operation, natural gas, and nuclear energy. As of 2019, property of PG&E includes plant and technology equipment assets is 88 billion U.S dollars.
Since twenty- one century, the company has aggressively developed its green products and is concerned with renewable energy sources. Besides, PG&E has also maintained  hydroelectric facilities in the U.S.  In 2010, smart meters were installed by this company.  
The program have improved
In development, technology is improving more and more. After becoming part of Tesla, in 2022, PG&E, Tesla and Pacific Gas and Electric have developed a program to provide emergency power to California’s residents by aggregating the storage in ratepayers Tesla Powerwalls when the summer comes up, this system's intense heat drives up. 
The residents and who distributed battery will just be paid $2 per kWh for 4p.m to 9p.m supplier. They also enjoy the program Emergency Load Reduction of PG&E storage system. This project is approved to reduce energy and avoid blackouts  in the afternoon and evening in summer. The owner can choose not to participate in this project. This project allows them to reserve storage capability and know the level of juice in their battery.  
Green energy program
PG & E has planned for the program “ green energy” . This program is a useful tool to save energy in the customer’s home and make it efficient to reduce energy bills. Totally everyone sees the effects of making these updates.
The energy efficiency electric is offered to replace the energy form wood-burning and propane. They also have a guide for customers through the process with  an energy saving partner of PG&E.
How to PGE Outage map work?
Pge outage map is an app that allows checking the gas and electric status in the pacific gas and electric company. This is invested by American with publicly traded stock. The headquarters is located in the Pacific Gas and  Electric building in San Francisco. You don’t need an account to log in this map.
The hotline to report in dangerous conditions is 18775085088. The project Power outage has been developed to record and aggregate power outages around the USA. 
The working of the crew is restoring electric service by the estimated restoration time. PGE has its own estimated restoration and takes step to step to help avoid power outages before it happens. The customer can easily to view or report directly  an outage on the outage map

Receive the report outages public 
Send the notifications to customers
Upgrade the system in customer’s area is reported
If in California, you see pacific gas and electric company or if you have an outage let report an outage by hotline 800 743 5002. Check the options to report on the official website and text the report in that way. You also can post your other reports and complaints and search for power outages if it happens in your area. How to solve outage by PGE outage map?
If you have account on PG&E outage map you will be received the notification of PG&E before storage power and it is sent until power is restored
The notifications are sent to customers to help them plan and prepare for power shutoff by email, automatic phone call or text as fast as possible to make sure that everyone will hold the information if a problem happens. These notifications include power restoration times and estimated power shutoff, based on that customers can prepare for a Public Safely Power Shut Off.
However the weather can affect the shutoff timing and customers so the company  may not send the first notification until the power is shut off on the same day.
The goals of nonfictions’ timing during the Public Safety Power Shutoff :
        At least 48 -24 hours before power turn off
        At least 1 hours before power is turned off
        In time power turn off
        After comethrough weather
        Estimating time of changing restoration
        Once in power is restore               
How to report on pge outage map?
Customers can report an outage by:
  Entering your address in the search box on the outage map. If we are not aware of your outage, you will see the option to "Report outage."
 First, login your address in the search box of the outage map. Then you can see the “Report outage”, you can choose this if you are not aware of your outage.
  Selecting "REPORT OUTAGE" in the navigation and then entering your address in the "Outage address" box on the Report an outage page.
Secondly, after selecting “ report outage”, enter your address in ‘ Outage address “ on the page.
You can easily find an outage if follow some steps :
  Enter your address in search box
  Select your home, city.. address
Pan around the area in the map
Outages are shown by colors and shapes on the map. The colors and shapes indicate the size and area of the outage. Once you have found your outage, click on the outage icon to get the details.
The colors and shapes in the map show the outages. They cover the area of outage and you can search for detail by click on the icon. You should updated new specific outage to receive latest notification. Click “ get notification”  and then click “ Submit” to finish.
