Turkish Airlines Cancellation Policy
Passengers may cancel the flights within 24 hours of booking. Or, if the flight has not been booked for more than a week, passengers will not be required to pay a single penalty if they cancel within 24 hours.
However, if the ticket is canceled after the 24-hour risk-free period, the customer will have to pay a cancellation fee depending on the route, fare type and timing of cancellation.
Passengers who have purchased a refundable ticket will be charged the original ticket price minus the cancellation fee. Passengers with non-refundable tickets are not entitled to a refund.

If you do not cancel your Turkish flight reservation within 1 day, you will be required to pay a small fee.
If the passengers book flexible flights they were save from cancellation fees. Otherwise a fare-restricted passenger will have to pay USD 400 as a cancellation fee for Turkish Airlines flight bookings.
