From Syaprbesi, you will be trekking towards the north side of the valley exploring the majestic mountains like Langtang Lirung, Gosainkunda PEAK, Ganesh Himal peak, Manaslu, and many others.
When is the best time to trek?

Foods and accommodations on Trek
Trekking in the Himalayas is always fun and memorable experience no matter where it is, but the one thing we have to concern about the food along with eh accommodations while trekking in the mountain region especially when you go on the high altitude areas. However, The Langtang valley is a well-established trekking route in Nepal where trekkers can get a convenient tea house to accommodate and good foods. the foods in this area have a wide range of options by Menu from the local community which has been serviced and followed by the local tea houses in entire the region. the foods might be slightly different in terms of the teste and sizes than what you get in western areas. And local tea houses are pretty much okay to spend a night where you have meals at the same place as you stay in and have a very basic room with no toilet or bathroom inside the room, usually views from the room is amazing.

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu and you will be transferred to the hotel for the pre-briefing
Day 2: Take a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (8 hrs approx)
Day 3:Stars Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (6 hrs approx)
Day 4:Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village the largest village in the valley (5 hrs approx)
Day 5:Trek from Langtang village to Kyanjin Gompa (3 hrs walk approx)
Day 6:An excursion Hike from Kyanjin Gompa to Tsergo Ri (3 hrs) or Kyanjin Ri (3 hrs) approx
Day 7:Trek down from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (6 hrs approx)
Day 8:Trek from Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi (6 hrs) the second last day of the trek
Day 09: Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu (8 hrs) the final day of the trek

Make sure to check the proper trekking gears, there are plenty of trekking gear shops in Kathmandu where you can buy all the essential trekking gears for this trek, but keep in mind that the quality of the equipment in Kathamndu might be not as high as your quality but it is fine for the 10 days trekking.
