Countermeasures To Prevent Oil Leakage In Hydraulic Tubes

Countermeasures to prevent oil leakage in hydraulic tubes

Carefully check the quality of pipelines and strictly prohibit the use of unqualified pipelines.

During maintenance, for newly replaced pipelines, the manufacturer, date, batch number, specified service life, and whether there are any defects should be carefully checked. Pipes that do not meet the regulations must not be used. During use, always check whether the pipeline is worn or corroded; if the rubber hose is found to be severely cracked, hardened, or bubbling during use, it should be replaced immediately.

Install pipelines correctly and illegal assembly is strictly prohibited

1. Correct assembly of hose lines

When installing the hose and tightening the thread, be careful not to twist the hose. You can draw a colored line on the hose for observation; when the hose is installed in a straight line, there should be about 30% length margin to adapt to the needs of oil temperature, tension and vibration. ; At the bend of the hose, the bending radius should be greater than 9 times the outer diameter of the hose, and the distance from the bend to the pipe joint should be at least 6 times the outer diameter of the hose; it is best not to use rubber hoses in environments with high temperatures and corrosive gases; such as There are many hoses in the system, and pipe clamps should be installed to fix them or separated by rubber plates.

2 Correct installation of hard pipe pipelines

Hard pipes should be installed horizontally and vertically, minimizing turns and avoiding intersections; the radius of the turns should be greater than 3 to 5 times the outer diameter of the oil pipe; long pipes should be firmly fixed with standard pipe clamps to prevent vibration and collision; The distance between the clamps should comply with the regulations. For pipelines with large vibrations, vibration-absorbing pads should be installed at the pipe clamps. When connecting the pipeline to the machine parts, first fix the auxiliary joints and then the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from being damaged. Do not force the installation. 3. Proper use and maintenance, and it is strictly prohibited to pollute the hydraulic system.

During daily maintenance work, you are not allowed to step on or pull the pipelines at will, and you are not allowed to use metal tools to knock the pipelines to prevent mechanical damage; hydraulic machinery or equipment parked in the open air should be covered with a sheet to prevent it. Dust, rain and snow protection work, water removal, drying and rust removal should be carried out in time after rain and snow; the oil and dust on the surface of the pipeline should be wiped off frequently to prevent pipeline corrosion; when adding oil and disassembling and assembling parts, strict control Pollution gate to prevent debris and moisture from being brought into the system. Also, be sure to avoid spilling harmful solvents and liquids on the tubing.

4.other

For pipelines with large changes in oil temperature and ambient temperature on the equipment, thermal expansion compensation should be considered during installation to reduce the impact of thermal stress; in order to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline and extend its service life, it is necessary to install pipelines in high-temperature areas. Rubber pipes should be insulated and cooled, such as wrapping the insulation layer and introducing cooling air, etc., which are all effective measures; on the premise of meeting the system performance requirements, consideration should be given to installing appropriate accumulators in places prone to hydraulic shocks Or shock absorber, and try to use hydraulic components with buffer devices to weaken hydraulic pulsation and prevent hydraulic shock.
