If the applicant chooses to sign in to our services with the help and assistance of any third-party social media websites, such as Facebook, Google, etc., we will import the requested and required information from the account of such third-party belonging to the applicant for the purpose of making the profile of the applicant on our site to utilize our services.

  3. We might also collect information such as the name and email of other third persons if the applicant chooses to share our site content with his/her friend, in such case, we might ask for the name and email of a such friend or third person and automatically send a one-time email inviting him/her to visit our site. We temporarily store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

At JWI, we as a policy, believe that managing the career of the applicants is a life-long process, and for the same, we retain indefinitely all the information provided by the applicants along with the information we gather about the applicants in an effort to make the repeated use with us more efficient, practical and relevant. Applicants can correct or update their account profile and resume at any time and may also choose to delete their account, following which we will either delete or de-identify the data

For Employer: Information related to job posts such as organisation name, URL, organisation description, job description, skills required, etc. is published online at our discretion and can be viewed by anyone visiting our site. This information may also appear in search engines like Google. We may also share the personal information of the employer (including email and contact details) with the applicants who apply to your job postings or get hired by the such employer through our site.

   2. For Applicant: We may share the personal information of the applicants with employers whose job posting the applicant applies to or jobs that we feel might be relevant for certain applicants or to those employers who may come across the profile of the applicants through a search of our applicant base.

   3. We may also share the information with third-party individuals, contractors, companies and other service providers that perform services on our behalf or in partnership with us or have any kind of business relationship with us.

   4. Applicant will have the option to share their information and activities on our site through social media, we don’t have any control over information shared with third-party social networking sites and the applicant should review the policies of these social networking sites before consenting to share his/her information with them.

   5. If the applicants post any information of any kind in public areas of our site, such as in forums, chat rooms, comment sections, etc. this information will be visible to everyone on the internet. Such information may also be collected and used by others over whom we have no control and with whom we have no relation. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties or third persons of the information posted or shared by the applicant or otherwise made available in public areas of our site by the applicant.

   6. We also share certain information without email or SMS partners in order to send emails or SMS to the applicants. The email and SMS partners engaged with us are reputed, nevertheless, we are not responsible for the use made by them of this information.

   7. We reserve the right to publish the job posting of the employers on social networking sites and 3rd party websites along with newspapers and magazines, in order to increase the visibility and engagement of the said job posting.

   8. We may also share your information in order to investigate, prevent or take action about possible illegal activities or to comply with the legal process. We may also share the information of the applicants and employers with third parties to investigate and address violations of this privacy policy or the terms of service, or to investigate and address violations of the rights of the third parties and/or JWI, our employees, users, or the public. This may involve sharing your information with law enforcement agencies of the Government of India, Government agencies, Courts and/or other Governmental organisations.
